This is a short and simple series by Anthony Bourdain that gives a glimpse into the formative television experiences that eventually led to "No Reservations." The series has a slightly more raw feel to it, but a viewer already familiar with the later series will appreciate the simplicity and honesty. Anthony sets the tone here of openness to and appreciation of all food, cultures, and people without complete sensationalism that follows him in the next decade of TV. Accurate Dating
I am enjoying this show a lot and fans of Anthony Bourdain should not be disappointed. However, I would like to see accurate dating on the episodes. Why is that so much stuff online avoids proper dating? Are they afraid that they will lose audience as it ages? Well for me, it is helpful to position things accurately in time.
